Evaluate
Your Promotions and Celebrate Your Success!
Document
your activities and events as you they happen to help you remember
what worked the best and what people liked or what you would rather
not do again. Documenting the events will make evaluation and future
planning easier. Documentation also helps you celebrate completion
of your project.
Ideas
for documenting your campaign or event
- Photograph
activities or events. A Photo-Model Release Form is in the media
section of this Tool Kit.
When taking photographs of children and/or in a school, please
make sure that you have signed permission from the parents and
principal or school district administration.
- Keep
track of the numbers of people at each event.
- Keep
track of resources contributed by each partner. Example: a school
district could place information on the monthly student menus
or a PTA organization may include an article on family meals in
their newsletter.
- Celebrate
partnerships! Encourage partners to share their efforts and successes
with others at meetings, workshops, and conferences.
